Rural area near Carril Dam at the county of Tomar
This rural area isn’t exactly close the City of Tomar, but it’s still in the county of Tomar, which in turn belongs to the district of Santarém. Thanks to my sister in law, Amélia Moura, this was the day where my wife, my son and I, went to visit Carril Dam. From there we all walked around the countryside, and for me personally I had to be careful not to fall to the ground, as in some areas, specially in an inclined rough surface like this, it was a bit slippery.
This day, my wife, my son, my sister in law and I, visited Carril Dam and walked around the countryside for a while. It was a very interesting day in that rough terrain
We were all coming down this hill near Carril Dam in the county of Tomar, to a valley near an old roman bridge where I took lots of photos
The progress of descending was a bit slow, at least for me. First I had to be careful not to fall down and second, I was constantly stopping as I was taking photos of the surrounding area
