Rooftops at Rua Alexandre Herculano in Tomar

A few days before returning to Australia, my sister in law Lucinda Moura, invited us to her house at Rua Alexandre Herculano in Tomar. My wife also lived in this house in the 80’s of last century, before we got married. This is an old house, in an old street, in the old part of the town, and we all went to the attic to enjoy the views. As usual I shot a few photos and the ones below are the result of our little adventure.

Antennas on rooftops at Rua Alexandre Herculano in the City of Tomar

These are rooftops I captured from the attic of an old house at a street in Tomar called Rua Alexandre Herculano. Notice the large number of TV antennas on the rooftops

Another view of rooftops in a narrow street in Tomar, which was probably built during the middle ages. That green area at the end of the street is the start of an hill that leads to the Castle of Tomar

These houses at Rua Alexandre Herculano in Tomar are really old and the cobblestone street is narrow, but cars are still allowed, and some park them there including my sister in law Lucinda
